Your missions:
  • Maintaining a good client relationship
  • Answer phones and route calls provide general information to clients refer questions and issues to appropriate staff or department for further information and problem resolutions
  • AProcess clients forms and checks process mail and incoming correspondence maintain various files, logs and tracking systems
  • Create internal/external correspondence using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Compile client data and research
  • Communicate with institutional administrators
  • May act as liaison for vendors and ensure payment of office-related invoices
Your profile:
  • High school diploma required
  • 3-5 years related experience in an administrative field
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Multitasked
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented
