Your main responsibilities

1) Event Planning & Enablement:

  • Define Event planning & support Execution Strategies (Responsible)

o Works with internal stakeholders, partners and external vendors to define all tactical

marketing elements of the event which fulfill the strategic objectives, including but not limited to:

  • Once per month day from Brussels Head-Office and participation on the respective
  • team meetings or 1:1 with stakeholders.
  • Recommend key design factors for each event including site, data/time, back
  • planning, registrations, event flow, space requirements, catering, production needs,
  • checklists, scenario…
  • Consolidate events calendar across all campaigns and events cross-segments

2) Execution:

  • SAW planning once per year taking into account Luxembourg priorities defined by Luxembourg Country
  • Define and manage the following event elements :

o Budget management including creating, revising, tracking, and reconciliation

o Site selection

  • Execute on a day-to-day basis all tactical marketing elements of events or campaigns
  • Including but not limited to:

o Logistics, registration, housing, travel, schedules, technical support, collateral / signage


o Sponsorship implementation, demand generation implementation, theme adherence,

creative execution

o Onsite execution of all managed functions.

  • Taking care of logistics onsite and overseeing agencies’ onsite operations to ensure well executed

event, including but not limited to:

3) Measurement:

  • Measure and adjust (responsible)

o Review event or campaign performance / return on marketing investment (ROMI) by activity

  • Feedback and reporting (responsible)

o Report the overall use of campaign / event resources to share learning that can be applied for future development

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communication
  • Understanding of campaign management
  • Good understanding of Marketing 3.0 practices
  • Creativity, solution-oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • The role may require occasional travelling to support local teams (in Brussels)
