Your responsibilities :

Employee and business relations

  • Daily point of contact and support for 500 employees around Europe
  • Participation in HR Projects
  • Maintain the confidentiality and completeness of employee personnel records and files in accordance with legal requirements and best practice
  • Design reports to key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes
  • Talent Management and Learning & development
  • Support the employee performance cycle and provide support with the Annual review process where practical
  • Support People managers in any disciplinary, performance improvement or grievance processes and subsequent meetings required engaging the legal team as required

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Previous experience in an European HR function
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Expertise in European employment law
  • Strong decision making/complex problem solving  
  • Attention to details and problem solving capability
  • Solid knowledge of Word, Excel and database management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills and project management experience in the HR environment is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage various priorities
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, service oriented person
  • Willing to travel (15-20%)
